Project information
In this project, we set out to design a bike around the Mahle M40 system. The goal was to create a disruptive design with strong character — without being overly radical.
We aimed to make the frame look as close as possible to a conventional bike, avoiding the use of a keel on the lower part of the frame. We achieved this through the careful integration of the battery and cable routing, along with a compact kinematic design that allowed us to align the motor with the downtube.
The shock placement enables optimal mass centralization and leaves ample space for the use of Range Extenders. Lastly, the use of a high-pivot suspension system gives the frame a distinctly racing-oriented character.
